How to update payment method for Plesk Technical Support subscription?

Answer

Payment method for Technical support subscription should be updated through the direct link on email from Cleverbridge (our online store payment processing partner):

  • Open order confirmation email from Cleverbridge (or any email from Cleverbridge with an invoice). Such confirmation emails are sent to an email address which was indicated during the purchasing process;
  • Click to ‘Manage your subscription for "Plesk Technical Support (Per Server)"’;
  • You will be forwarded to a web page.
