How to cancel Plesk Technical Support subscription?
Answer
Technical support subscription should be cancelled through the direct link on email from Cleverbridge (our online store payment processing partner):
- Open order confirmation email from Cleverbridge (or any email from Cleverbridge with an invoice). Such confirmation emails are sent to an email address which was indicated during the purchasing process;
- Click ‘Cancel your subscription’ link;
- You will be forwarded to a web page. Please confirm the cancellation.
In case it is not possible to find an email and cancel subscription, please contact Plesk licensing team.
