Is it possible to create additional users under the account in Plesk 360 and/or for 360 Monitoring?

Answer

It is possible to add additional users on Plesk 360 in the following way:

1. Log in to Plesk 360

2. Click the name/email on the top right corner

3. Select Organization

4. Click Invite new member

5. Enter the email address of the user that should be added

   Warning: If an account with this email already exists, it will not be able to sign up with the error "User exists". In that case, the account should be deleted first (as described here).

6. Click Send invitation

7. Finish the registration of the account by using the link sent to the specified email
