Symptoms
- Some servers in 360 Monitoring might show "It has been XX minutes since we have received data" message with no data being collected
- Alerts about "no data" might be received.
Cause
Backend issue.

The issue is under investigation.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. As a side effect, server's alerts might not work under servers that still experience "no data" issue.

Hi, when will this issue be fixed? The monitoring panel has been offline for 4 days, which is a serious issue.
Hi Marco Giunta the issue got resolved on Feb 2 and this information was updated within this article. I would additionally recommend checking 360 Monitoring status page where you can track all the issues we got:

Still not working…
better….
We are still having the issue on multiple systems - screenshots from two affected systems below. In addition, it seems to be impossible to disable this monitor, clicking “Disable” does nothing. Latest Plesk, updated, etc.
The only visible server appeared when I connected it, the rest have been like this for 24 hours.
