360 Monitoring websites list shows "?" in 24 Hrs. Avg. Load and 7 Day Avg. Load columns

Symptom

In the 360 Monitoring websites list, the 24 Hrs. Avg. Load and 7 Day Avg. Load columns show "?" for some websites.

The response time charts on the detail pages of the same websites show data correctly.

Cause

The websites list does not calculate these two values. It reads the stored fields avg_response_24hrs and avg_response_7days from the website record and shows "?" when the field is missing or 0. Nothing in the 360 Monitoring code writes these fields, so websites that never received a value show "?". Values that are present can be outdated.

This is bug CPCLOUD-6540.

Resolution

A fix is planned: the list will calculate both averages from the monitoring data when it loads, and the "?" will only appear if there is no data in the last 7 days. Sorting by these two columns will be disabled after the change. No fix version is available yet.

In the meantime, you may open the website detail page to view the response time data for the affected website.
