Q: What is happening to Nixstats?
A: Nixstats has joined the WebPros Group family and is now integrated into 360 Monitoring.
You can find official announcements about this integration:
Q: Why did we decide to migrate Nixstats customers to the new service?
A: The migration was initiated because Nixstats' infrastructure is outdated and requires renovation. There were also concerns about guaranteeing security protection due to the difficulty of supporting legacy code and infrastructure. This migration moves Nixstats customers to a more modern solution that incorporates the best practices of Nixstats within a completely renewed and more reliable infrastructure and technology stack.
Q: What should I expect as a Nixstats customer?
A: Your Nixstats account will no longer be billed after a date yet TBA (to be announced). You will receive instructions on how to migrate your account to the new monitoring service, available at http://monitoring.platform360.com.
We are working to enhance the monitoring service and improve user experience, with a new experience expected in Q3, 2025.
Before the new experience is rolled out, you should migrate to http://monitoring.platform360.com, which is an already updated instance of Nixstats.
Q: What will happen if I stay with Nixstats and do not migrate?
A: Nixstats' infrastructure will sunset at a date TBA. If you do not migrate your account and data by that date, you will lose access to both.
Q: What is a WebPros Account, and why should I use it?
A: WebPros prioritizes user security, which is why WebPros Account and SSO (Single Sign-On) have been introduced as security measures to protect user accounts.
A WebPros Account is a user's profile with associated authentication credentials that can be used across all WebPros products.
Therefore, signing up for a WebPros Account is a necessary prior step to access specific products/services, such as 360 Monitoring.
Q: Will I lose my data after migration?
A: If you consent to the migration, your data will not be lost and will be available in the 360 Monitoring interface. However, if the account migration is not completed, you will lose access to your account and associated data.
Q: How do I get my data from Nixstats to 360 Monitoring?
A: After you provide consent for the migration, the Nixstats agent will automatically send your data to 360 Monitoring along with Nixstats. No manual action is required on your end besides giving data migration consent when you log in to your Nixstats account.
Q: Do I have to change my Nixstats agent to another one?
A: While we recommend installing the 360 Monitoring agent, it is not necessary during the migration process to ensure a seamless experience.
Q: How to configure my firewall to use 360 Monitoring?
A: For information on configuring your firewall, please refer to the support page that discloses the necessary IP addresses to open for 360 Monitoring: What IP addresses should be open for 360 Monitoring?
Q: How much does 360 Monitoring cost?
A: You can find the pricing details on the 360 Monitoring pricing page: 360 Monitoring Pricing. As a valued user during this transition period, you will receive free access to the highest plan until the end of 2025.
Q: Do 360 Monitoring and Nixstats have the same feature set?
A: We are aiming for feature parity between 360 Monitoring and Nixstats. We are currently developing several features to bring 360 Monitoring fully in line with the Nixstats feature set.
Furthermore, we are working on a new product that will cover even more user needs. See comparison table below:
