    Not using two licenses - but saying we are.

    Hi!
    It's not about using 2 licenses on the same server. It's about using one license on more than one servers.

    Other possible causes is that servers has multiple IPs and uses more than one to reach ka.plesk.com.

    I am struggling to get this addressed.

    My reseller is not able to map my license to the given new IPs and we're locked out despite having more than 10 months left.

    How does plesk manage this situation?

    Hello,
    I must say this has been the worst support experience I've ever had.
    There is no "Submit" button in the technical support form, making it impossible to open a ticket.
    The chatbot stops responding midway through the conversation and provides no useful assistance.
    This situation is unacceptable, especially when dealing with critical licensing issues.
    Please take immediate action to resolve this and improve the support process.
