  • Hello,

First of all, thank you for your support. I would like to share the results of our work with you. Our Plesk server was hosted within our company, but since our internet speed could not support the network traffic, we moved our Plesk server to a data center. We have made the necessary configurations, but we are still encountering a "maximum licensing error" when trying to activate the license.

Additionally, our WAN IP address has changed. We are expecting your prompt support regarding this issue.

  • I need help urgently. My new Plesk install on my new server crashed and I had to reinstall. Not it's saying the licence is in use already on another server. It appears to have attached itself to Plesk on my OLD server, while I pay a licensing fee to my ISP for already!

    22 hours and counting…

I submitted this for yesterday and have not had any response.

I am configuring a new VPS at voyager.nz (silas-mipyas.cloudserver.nz). On Friday I purchased a Plesk licence for this server. I started Plesk and attempted to use the Plesk migration tool to move my websites form my existing server (server1235.mhdesign.co.nz) to the new server.

Unfortunately the migration went badly and I was unable to access my sites on the new server due to ownership permissions, IP address issues etc. In the end I had to completely remove my installation of Plesk from the new server and start again.

I reinstalled Plesk and attempted to start it on the new server. I was told that the licence was already in use and I could not start Plesk.

Can somebody please help with this URGENTLY.
