Answer
It is not possible to transfer Plesk technical support subscription from one Plesk license/server to another. Consider purchasing separate Plesk technical support subscription for each Plesk license.
NOTE: Plesk technical support subscription is required for customers who obtained their licenses from a reseller and wish to contact Plesk technical support team directly.

after install a code in my plesk i have this problem :
