Where can I find my Plesk license key?
Answer
A Plesk license key looks like this: PLSK.01234567.0001.
I have access to Plesk
- Log in to Plesk.
- Go to Tools & Settings > License Information.
- Find your license key in the Key number field.
Note: If you don't see Tools & Settings or License Information, your Plesk is most likely provided by your hosting company.
I don't have access to Plesk
- If you bought your license directly from Plesk, find it in the order confirmation email from Cleverbridge our Online Store, or in Platform 360 under Home > Licenses.
- If you bought your license from a Plesk partner, such as a reseller or hosting company, find it in the order confirmation email from that partner.
Who to contact for help
- If you bought your license directly from Plesk, submit a request to the Customer Service team.
- If you bought your license from a partner, or your Plesk is provided by your hosting company, contact them for your license key and for any billing or technical support.
