How to change billing information: address, email, company or contact name for my Plesk online store subscription?
All orders at Plesk.com are being processed by Cleverbridge. Thus, all changes of contact details for licenses purchased in Plesk online store should be processed through the Cleverbridge first. You can reach them via https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Once all changes are applied on Cleverbridge side, please inform Plesk via Plesk licensing and purchase support.
