Is it possible to upgrade ImunifyAV+ to Imunify360?

Answer

It is possible to upgrade from old ImunifyAV+  to new Imunify - ImunifyAV+ or to any edition of Imunify360 in Plesk 360 (for online store customers):

• Login to Plesk 360
• Go to 'Licenses' tab
• Find ImunifyAV+
• Click Upgrade
• Select Imunify - ImunifyAV+ or Imunify - Imunify360 (make sure to choose the correct plan for Imunify360)
• Confirm or update payment option 
• When invoice is received, retrieve keys in Plesk at Tools and settings > License information (previously License management) > retrieve keys. 

Note: Upgrade from ImunifyAV+ to new Imunify - ImunifyAV+ is free of charge.

Note: After upgrade, please make sure to use new Imunify extension in Plesk. 

For Plesk Partners: upgrade should be performed in your KAPC account. If your extension is bundled, it cannot be upgraded technically.
