- What's the difference between a VPS and a dedicated license?
Answer
There is no difference in the features included on each, the License types are based on the operating environment in which Plesk will be running:
- A VPS license can be installed only on a virtual server, see all supported virtualizations here.
- A dedicated license can be installed on a dedicated server or on a virtual server.

Then why is the dedicated one priced so much higher than the vps one at the web host license?
It's not like you provide any support these days, and even if you did, one can have a vps that manages more sites than a dedicated server and vice versa.
I'm curious.
