Activation code obtaining depends on where your Plesk license was purchased from:
License was purchased from Plesk online store
After order for Plesk license is paid, activation code is sent to registered email address via email. In case emails were lost, license activation code may be found in your Plesk 360 account.
You are a Plesk Partner
Activation code may be found in your Key Administrator account or Partner Central, in case of questions please contact your sales representative.
License was purchased through the reseller company
Please contact the company where Plesk license was purchased from.
License is included into cloud instance from Marketplace
When license is included into cloud instance - it is not required to re-install your license with activation code. Plesk license is valid while cloud instance is active.
If your license is a purchased/perpetual one or it was ordered via quote directly with us, or if you are not sure where license was purchased from - please contact Plesk Licensing and Purchase support.

Too many problems to find license. Still not find
crap
The article says you can find it in Plesk 360 account, but I can't see any way to get that activation code there. And there is no further article reference to how to get it either.
