Plesk license cannot be retrieved: Key Authorization Problem

Symptoms

• Retrieving Plesk license by clicking Retrieve Keys in the menu Tools & Settings > License Information (or License Management) fails:

  CONFIG_TEXT: Key Authorization Problem

• It is not possible to edit the email of the Plesk administrator in the menu Profile & Preferences:

  PLESK_ERROR: Error: Sorry, we cannot update your profile at the moment. Please try again later.

Cause

A temporary issue in the Plesk Licensing System that has already been fixed. 

Resolution

No additional actions are required.
