Applicable to:
- Plesk for Linux
Symptoms
For any newly created Subscription or Domain in Plesk, a button that would allow you to use the Sitejet Builder in order to create a site is not displayed anywhere within the Plesk GUI
The Sitejet Builder extension version 1.3.0 or older is installed from Extensions > My Extensions
Cause
This issue is caused by a known Sitejet Builder extension bug with ID #EXTPLESK-9197.
Resolution
The bug has been resolved permanently in version 1.3.1 of the Sitejet Builder extension, due to which it is recommended that you update the extension by using the steps in this article:
How to manage Plesk extensions (install, disable, remove, update) - section Updating a Plesk extension
Old workaround:
2. Install the Panel.ini Editor extension (if not already installed) from Extensions > Extensions Catalog.
3. Navigate to Extensions > My Extensions > Panel.ini Editor.
4. Switch to the Editor tab.
5. Add or update the following section in the config:
CONFIG_TEXT: [dynamicList]
getStartedSitejetAiBannerEnabled = true
6. Click Save.
Refresh the Plesk interface — the Sitejet banner/button should now appear and allow creation of Sitejet-powered websites.
