The messages indicating that user's GUID was changed recently can be found in the Action Log:
CONFIG_TEXT: 127.0.0.1 admin [2025-07-22 22:04:42.694] 'Update Client GUID' ('Client GUID': '69db601b-c128-4e17-8726-31f9bad9262f' => '69db601b-c128-4e17-8726-31f9bad9262f', 'Client Type': 'admin' => 'admin', 'Contact Name': 'Administrator' => 'Administrator', 'GUID': '4bf4a743-c1c2-4e08-bfa5-1262c83eb558' => '69db601b-c128-4e17-8726-31f9bad9262f', 'Login Name': 'admin' => 'admin')
Cause
There is a feature in Plesk that changes the server's GUID during a license key update if another server with the same GUID is already registered in the Key Administrator server database.
This change in GUID triggers updates in the WordPress Toolkit's sqlite3 database, but the subdirectory in custom-asset is not renamed accordingly. This issue has been reported under bug ID EXTWPTOOLK-13458.
Resolution
The workaround is to upload the plugin's zip file again:
Is it possible to deploy WordPress websites pre-configured with a custom theme and plugins in Plesk?
