New server in 360 Monitoring shows up with old server's name

Symptoms

• Upon connecting a new server in 360 Monitoring, it shows up with the old server's name.
• Even removing and reconnecting the server does not resolve the issue.

Cause

Unknown.

Resolution

Rename the server on 360 Monitoring:

1. Log in to 360 Monitoring
2. Go to Servers tab
3. Click on the new server (with old server name)
4. Click on Settings tab
5. Edit the name, adding the correct hostname.
6. Click Save.

Note: The old server name may still appear in Plesk 360 Server inventory, in which case you have to remove the server there and add it again.
