Seafile is running, but can't login via default client on a Plesk server

Symptoms

• Seafile is running, but can't login via default client on a Plesk server.
• Seafile client shows error "Failed to login".
• Manually accessing the website https://example.com/seafile points to a 404 error.
• No errors are logged on /var/www/vhosts/example.com/logs/seahub.log

Cause

Domain is pointed to another IP address.

Resolution

In your registrar, or DNS server, point the domain's A record to the correct Plesk server's IP address.
