Websites on Plesk returns error 503 with Imunify360 enabled on server

Symptoms

• Website login pages return error 503.

• Imunify360 extension version 8.2.5-1 is installed and active.

• The following error is shown in /var/log/messages:

  CONFIG_TEXT: example kernel: php-fpm[965894]: segfault at 8 ip 00007f00c9327928 sp 00007ffe320a9700 error 4 in i360.so[7f00c930e000+d4000]

Cause

Imunify360 issue: https://imunify360.statuspage.io/incidents/gtfg5gkb4njd that has been fixed.

Resolution

1. Connect to the server via SSH.

2. Update the packages imunify360-php-i360 and imunify360-php-daemon:

   CentOS/RHEL:

   # yum update imunify360-php-i360 imunify360-php-daemon --enablerepo=imunify360-testing

   Debian/Ubuntu:

   # apt upgrade imunify360-php-i360 imunify360-php-daemon
