The Log File Analyzer from SEO Toolkit extension does not show any data for a domain in Plesk

Symptoms

• The Log File Analyzer functionality at Plesk > Domains > example.com > SEO Toolkit extension does not show any collected data for the domain:
  

• The scheduled tasks for the SEO Toolkit Log Analyzer under Tools & Settings > Scheduled tasks > "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\/admin/engine/php.exe -dauto_prepend_file=sdk.php "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\plib\modules\xovi\scripts\analyze-logs.php", is executed with no errors but no data is collected for the domains.

• The server is running on Windows OS.

Cause

SEO Toolkit extension Bug XOVI-1316, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.

Resolution

No workaround available. You can monitor the bug fix by tracking the bug number in the Plesk changelog.
