Symptoms

  • After purchasing WP Guardian, none of the features can be used with the following error:

    To start using this function, you must activate it in the corresponding service plans or subscriptions. 

Cause

The permission "WordPress Websites with Vulnerability Protection" on the service plan and/or subscription is set to 0 or a less than required for the subscription or service plan.

Resolution

Check the subscription and service plan of the respective website and either increase the permission or set to Unlimited:

    This does not resolve the problem. I am still seeing the same error message, after enabling and syncing the subscription.
