How to disable the automatic "notify-to-soa yes" in named.conf for domains in a Plesk server?

Answer

On Plesk servers using BIND as the DNS server, the “notify-to-soa” option is in effect since Plesk 18.0.42.

To revert the behavior, so as to not add this instruction automatically for any future domains:

1. Connect to the server via SSH

2. Run the following command:

   # plesk bin settings --set dns_zone_notify_legacy=true

Note: Existing domains with the option added will have to be edited manually.
