Sectigo certificate in Plesk is not issued after payment is done

Symptoms

• Payment for the certificate has been completed:

• After filling in the data, certificate is not applied and page redirects to the default Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates page

• After refreshing the page, a menu for filling in required data is displayed once again

Cause

Sectigo extension bug EXTPLESK-5378

Resolution

Update Sectigo extension to the latest version.
