Answer
The purpose of the Sitejet Builder is indeed to act as a website builder that would be a proper replacement for the Web Presence Builder, due to which it is being developed very actively and full support will be provided, as well as new functionality and new features for it.
However, it is important to keep in mind that the Sitejet Builder is a completely separate product, and there is no direct conversion from Web Presence Builder to Sitejet, and there is no expectation to do so at any point in time.
