- I purchased SSL certificate In Plesk online store and cannot install it
- I need SSL key file
- I need SSL pem file
- I cannot install SSL certificate
- I have received invoice from Cleverbridge but not the certificate file
Answer
To continue with the certificate installation please do the following:
- Log in to Plesk
- Go to Websites & Domains > your domain and then click the 'SSL/TLS Certificates' button
- Follow the instructions on that screen
If it does not work, your following options depend on the level of your permissions on Plesk server:
1) If you are Plesk server administrator and can provide access to the server
- Contact Plesk technical support
2) If you do not have administrative access to the server, please refer to the options below:
- ask your hosting provider to contact Plesk support
- get a refund for SSL certificate order at https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us > contact a support specialist
