Symptoms

The public DNS servers do not return any DS records
The DNS zone is delegated to the Plesk server
Plesk returns the DS records

Cause

DNSSEC is not enabled on the registrar's end.

Resolution

Contact the registrar for information on how to enable DNSSEC for the domain.
