Answer

The Plesk CGroups Manager extension does not yet posses capabilities that would allow you to limit the CPU, RAM, or Disk resources on the Reseller level. 

For now, it is only possible to configure the CGroups Manager and set the limit on the resources on the following levels:

• For a service plan, affecting all subscriptions under the plan.
• For a single subscription.
