Question
Is it possible to migrate Sitejet websites between Plesk servers?
Answer
It is possible to migrate Sitejet websites between Plesk servers. When sites are migrated using the Plesk Migrator, websites will automatically be moved on the Sitejet platform side. If the migration failed for some reason, it's necessary to open a support ticket.
this seems to fail under certain circumstances (we were not able to reproduce this yet). For such cases we need to follow https://webpros.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SiteJet/pages/3980363119/Fix+a+failed+migration
In addition, the Share & Copy feature can be used to copy website contents between different Sitejet websites.

I have this problem after migrating from one Plesk Server to another. unfortunately I am not able to connect to support, because I do not have a support subscription and my Reseller does not have any solutions, because HERE is mentioned to contact support... What to do?
Hi Stefan Schmidt the support should be given by your provider. If they cannot find a solution to your issue they should open a support ticket with us.
Hi,
How can I connect/migrate Sitejet Builder Website https://cms.sitehub.io/525374 (oldomainname.com) to Domain new-domainname.com? It's all on the same server. I already copied all the files and the website is available at new-domainname.com, but not the possibility to start/open the Sitejet Builder.
Best regards

1. Log into Plesk
2. Go to Domains > example.com > Hosting & DNS > Hosting
3. Change the contents of the Domain name field with the new domain (for example newexample.com) from which you would like the website to start loading
4. Press Save
5. Go to Domains > newexample.com > Sitejet Builder
6. Press More > Website settings on the top right corner of the screen
7. Change the Website name from example.com to newexample.com
8. Switch to the Data tab and change the Company name from example.com to newexample.com
9. Switch to the SEO / Meta tab and change all mentions of example.com to newexample.com
10. Press Publish
This process will let you keep the ability to edit the website that was initially built by the Sitejet Builder while it starts running on a new domain by going to Plesk > Domains > newexample.com > Sitejet Builder.
