Yes, it is possible to move your 360 Monitoring license to another 360 Monitoring account. Further steps depends on where your 360 Monitoring license was purchased from:
- from Plesk online store: contact Licensing and Purchase Support team here or via chat in Plesk 360 with the UID of your account, where you plan to move license to.
- from the reseller: contact the reseller company for further guidance.
UID is a unique combination of 24 digits and letters. Can be found in your 360 Monitoring account:
- On the the first setup at the second step, you will see it instead of the red rectangle:
- In case 360 Monitoring was already configured, go to 360 Monitoring account > switch to Servers tab > Add server, you will see it instead of the red rectangle:
