How to enable WordPress cron in WordPress Toolkit for Plesk?

A plugin needs WordPress Cron to run correctly. How to enable it in WordPress Toolkit for Plesk?

Answer

To ensure WordPress Cron runs correctly, make sure the Take over wp-cron.php option in WordPress Toolkit is disabled.

In order to manage the option log into Plesk and access WordPress > example.com > Take over wp-cron.php.

Note: When the option is toggled on, the native wp-cron.php is disabled and can be managed manually via a Scheduled task. When the option is toggled off, the native wp-cron.php is enabled.
