  • Hi - the issue seems to persist on 18.06 Plesk Obsidian. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, but it doesn't help.

  • Dev Banerjee hi!, please open a support ticket with us so we can investigate. On my test servers everything is working fine after the upgrade.

  • I see the exact same error on my Plesk 18.0.64 installation. The monitoring only shows "An unexpected error occurred". I've already tried re-installing Grafana and the Monitoring extensions multiple times, but the issue prevails. I also upgraded to the latest available Plesk version (18.0.64). There is nothing written to the log /var/log/plesk/panel.log when the error is occurring. I also found help articles mentioning to update the CA certificates using update-ca-certificates and checking for firewall rules that might block access. Updating didn't change anything, and there are no firewall rules blocking access.

I'm unable to open a ticket for this as I got my license through my hoster Hetzner.

  • Hi roots there can be many causes for this error. Please contact Hetzner and request support from them since they issues the license.
