Upgrade options for Online Store customers

Via Plesk 360

Plesk licenses ordered in the online store can be upgraded in Plesk 360 (check out what Plesk 360 is here).

  1. Log into Plesk 360
  2. Go to 'Licenses' section
  3. Find the license
  4. Click 'Upgrade'
  5. Select the required edition 
  6. Confirm or update payment option
  7. Once invoice is received, Retrieve keys in Plesk under Tools and Setting > License  information (previously License management)

 There is no need to reinstall Plesk.

 

Via WebPros Dashboard

  1. Login to WebPros Dashboard 
  2. Click on your profile in the upper right corner and select "Subscriptions and Licenses"
  3. Find "Manage your Plesk licenses" and click "Manage"
  4. Find the license 
  5. Click 'Upgrade'
  6. Select the required edition 
  7. Confirm or update payment option
  8. Once invoice is received, Retrieve keys in Plesk under Tools and Setting > License  information (previously License management)

 There is no need to reinstall Plesk.

 

Upgrade options for Plesk Partners:

Plesk Partner licenses can be upgraded in Key Administrator or Partner Central. If it cannot be done, please contact your sales representative.

When your license is upgraded, in Plesk go to Tools & Settings > License Management > Plesk License Key and click Retrieve Keys to update the license. There is no need to reinstall Plesk.
