How to upgrade/downgrade 360 Monitoring License?

Question

• How to change number of Websites and Servers in my 360 Monitoring License?
• How to upgrade 360 Monitoring to Business or Enterprise plan?

Answer

1. Login to Plesk 360

2. Go to 'Licenses' tab

3. Find 360 Monitoring License click Adjust button > change number or websites/servers or choose new plan

4. Click Confirm

Please keep an eye on cleverbridge notifications. Once upgrade is processed, you will get an email from cleverbridge with an invoice. Otherwise a notification regarding failed transaction will be delivered.

Note: 360 Monitoring Pro license is being upgraded effective immediately after payment. Downgrade takes effect starting from the next billing date.
