Support Subscription was acquired for a license purchased through a Plesk Partner/Reseller or for Web Admin SE. If your Plesk is inaccessible or you have several keys and you wish to find out for which key support was ordered, please contact our licensing team with the subscription id or Plesk license number via chat in Plesk 360 or through the form Plesk licensing and purchase support.
