In 360 monitoring data on graphs is not shown for period longer than 24 hours: No data found for this time range

Symptoms

In 360 Monitoring, data on graphs is not shown for periods longer than 24 hours:

CONFIG_TEXT: No data found for this time range

Cause

LITE or trial versions of 360 Monitoring is used.
These versions retain data for the last 24 hours only.

Resolution

If a longer period is required, consider upgrading to the PRO version.

Note: The older data will not appear in 360 Monitoring after buying the PRO version. Longer period of the data retention will start being saved exactly from that moment.
