Symptoms

The charts are blank on a status page protected with a password in 360 Monitoring

Cause

The issue is caused by the bug.

The bug CPCLOUD-1859.

Resolution

Check the data directly in 360 Monitoring (360 Monitoring > Servers/Websites) or consider removing the password until the bug is fixed.
