A WordPress instance is marked as broken in the WP Toolkit:

PLESK_INFO: The site you have requested is not installed. Run `wp core install` to create database tables.
WP Toolkit or a Plesk Backup process reports the following error:

PLESK_INFO: Failed to restore the extension wp-toolkit: Failed to reset
cache for the instance #47:
Error: The site you have requested is not installed.
Run `wp core install` to create database tables.
An attempt to access https://example.com via browser shows the WordPress installation page
The WordPress database has zero size in Domains > example.com > Databases.

The WordPress installation for the example.com domain was not fully completed and thus the WordPress website is inactive at the moment.

Access the https://example.com page and complete the WordPress installation by following the regular WP installation steps shown there.
