ImunifyAV extension update fails in Plesk: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: keyvalue

Symptoms

• ImunifyAV extension update fails:

  PLESK_ERROR: Installation of extension has failed
  Execution of /usr/local/psa/tmp/moduleuRpeHo/plib/scripts/pre-install.php failed with exit code 1 and the output:
  ERR [panel] SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: keyvalue:
  <...>

• When opening the ImmunifyAV extension in Plesk, a blank page is shown.

Cause

The ImmunifyAV installation is corrupted.

Resolution

Reinstall the extension:

Via Plesk

1. Log in to Plesk.
2. Go to Extensions > My Extensions > ImmunifyAV and click Remove.

3. Install it back from the Extensions menu.

Via a command-line interface

1. Connect to the Plesk server via SSH.

2. Remove the ImmunifyAV Plesk extension:

   # plesk bin extension --uninstall revisium-antivirus

3. Install the ImmunifyAV Plesk extension:

   # plesk bin extension -i revisium-antivirus
