WP Toolkit attempt to update Rank Math SEO PRO plugin disables all other plugins for the website

Symptoms

• An attempt to update the Rank Math SEO PRO plugin via the WP Toolkit in Plesk causes all other WordPress plugins for the website to become disabled

Cause

This behavior is caused by a known WP Toolkit bug with ID #EXTWPTOOLK-8487, which is planned to be fixed in one of the next WP Toolkit release versions.

Resolution

Until the bug is fixed permanently, you may apply the following workaround:

Disable the Autoupdate option for the Rank Math SEO PRO plugin for the affected website via the WP Toolkit in Plesk (only for the WP instances that do not possess an active and valid license for this plugin) by following these steps:

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to WordPress > example.com > Plugins tab

3. Find the Rank Math SEO PRO plugin and move the Autupdate slider for it to the left (disabled position)
