How to disable Smart PHP Updates feature and hide this option in Plesk?

Answer

Follow How to edit Plesk panel.ini and add this to the panel.ini configation:

CONFIG_TEXT: [ext-wp-toolkit]
smartPhpUpdateFeature = false
