Symptoms
The website hosted in Plesk shows Web Server's Default Page
Cause
Globally the domain name resolves to the wrong IP address on this server, due to wrong DNS configuration. For example, DNS zone takes the A record from the Plesk > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Outgoing mail mode option.
Resolution
For single domain
- Log in to Plesk
- Go to Domains > example.com > DNS Settings
- Set correct A and MX records
- Apply the settings
For all domains
Warning: After the solution below some custom DNS settings can be removed.
Warning: The DNS template itself can have wrong settings with the same misconfiguration. Please check it before.
- Log in to Plesk
- Go to Tools & Settings > DNS Template
- Click the Apply DNS Template Changes for all DNS zones
