Question

How to enable, hide or disable the WP Toolkit to the customers and resellers without uninstalling the WP Toolkit extension?

Answer

Log in to Plesk GUI
Go to Service Plans > plan_name, a Resources tab will be opened:
Configure the resources WordPress Websites and WordPress websites with Smart Update to 0:
Switch to the Permissions tab > Disable/enable the option Access to WP Toolkit:
Click Update & Sync to apply the changes to all the synched Subscriptions and Resellers
