Answer

Log in to Plesk
Go to Tools & Settings > Diagnose & Repair
Find DNS Server and click Repair:

Click on a section to expand

Via CLI

Log in to Plesk server using SSH/RDP
Use repair utility:

# plesk repair dns -y
