Symptoms

Cannot access http://example.com/plesk-stat/webstat/ page:

Error HTTP 403.14 - Forbidden

Cause

Default document misconfiguration.

Resolution

Log into Plesk
Go to Domains > example.com > Virtual Directories > Directory Properties > Default documents search order and add index.html to the list.
