How to enable a calendar for the Roundcube webmail on a Plesk server?

By default, the Roundcube webmail does not have a calendar.

There are two ways to use a calendar for email accounts created via Plesk:

Purchase the extension Plesk Premium Email, it comes with calendar integrated.
Use Horde webmail, it comes with a calendar and it's supported by Plesk. To set Horde as webmail, follow steps described in the article: How to switch the webmail for a subscription?

You may want to remove Horde from the suggestions as it is being depreciated and instead mention SOGo Webmail.
