Question
How to install a local mail server or switch between mail servers in Plesk for Windows?
Answer
Plesk allows to install MailEnable Standard Edition using Plesk Installer. Other supported mail servers (see Windows: Mail servers in Plesk Software Requirements) are not shipped with Plesk - they should be downloaded from their official websites and installed manually. For more information, visit this documentation page.

Go to Tools & Settings and click Updates and Upgrades (Plesk).

On the Updates and Upgrades page, click Add/Remove Components.

On the Add/Remove Components page, select MailEnable Standard Edition for installation

Click Continue to begin the installation.

Connect to a Plesk server via RDP.

Start a command prompt as an administrator and install MailEnable mail server:
C:\> plesk installer --select-release-current --install-component mailenable
