SSL/TLS Certificates page is not opening in Plesk: A table must have a primary key, but none was found for table 'Orders'

Symptoms

  • The page SSL/TLS Certificates at Domains > example.com fails to open:

    PLESK_INFO: 500 Zend_Db_Table_Exception
    A table must have a primary key, but none was found for table 'Orders'

  • Let's Encrypt certificate of a domain is not renewed automatically.

Cause

Corrupted database of the SSL It! extension.

Resolution

Reinstall the extension:

  1. Connect to the Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

  2. Uninstall the SSL It! extension (on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):

    # plesk bin extension --uninstall sslit

  3. Install the extension back:

    # plesk bin extension --install sslit
