No, the only integration with AD structures in Plesk is possible via the LDAP Auth extension, which does not support ADFS services and SSO provided by them.

It is possible to implement a custom authentication scheme by developing a Plesk extension specifically for this task. Refer to Extensions SDK documentation page for more information on developing extensions.
