How to manage Imunify notifications in Plesk?

Question

How to enable or disable Imunify notifications, which are sent after scheduled scanning is performed?

Answer

Imunify notifications can be managed from both Plesk and Imunify extension.

Note: To enable notifications, it should be enabled in both Plesk and Imunify extension, otherwise will remain disabled

The fact that notifications can be enabled/disabled from 2 different places is being reviewed under: #EXTCERT-2640.

Enable notifications
  1. Log into Plesk
  2. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Notifications
  3. Enable notifications related to Imunify:
    Enable imunify notifications in Plesk
  4. Make sure that Notify on website infection via email option is enabled in Imunify > Settings
Disable notifications
  1. Log into Plesk
  2. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Notifications
  3. Disable notifications related to Imunify:
    Enable imunify notifications in Plesk
